external pressure.

Much of the time we are trying to deal with life.

The life we live 'out there' is the world, of making money, establishing relationships, etc.

It can be very demanding, it makes us tired, and it makes us stressed.

What can we do?

Those of you that practice yoga regularly, know that it help - right?

It seems to me that if you practice everyday, you tend to deal with what life brings to you in a more efficient way.

We carry within us a muscular system, or more precisely the muscular system carries us. We hold ourselves up, we lift ourselves out of gravity.

Do you ever feel sometimes it's harder to do - as if you feel heavier?

I keep saying that Yoga will help you, and I think it can help you. But it isn't magic. It will help you to become clear - then you can see your way forward in a more effective and empowering way.

But it won't do the work for you!

You! Whoever you have decided you are, will have to take action if you want things to change.

Do you want things to change?

Is there something you are finding difficult to deal with?

Then wake up to the idea that you 'can' change.

Use Yoga to empower yourself and others.

Our addictions, the habits we have evolved with, the habits that help us to feel some comfort in the face of an uncertain world, will become exposed. We will see ourself, and what we are doing to avoid facing certain truths.

This can create tension, friction and fear.

But breathing in a calm way, over a period of ten or fifteen minutes can help a great deal..........

Try it!

As an experiment, make yourself anxious, think about something that is certain to make you anxious. Then do some breathing - do some postures, see what happens.
